介绍了斜井有杆泵采油系统在生产中存在的问题及解决方法。着重阐述了在斜井上采用有杆泵开采时 ,系统杆管优化设计的力学模型和数学模型 ,使设计与现场实际应用的符合率达 90 %以上。研制了旋转式采油井口、旋转式油管扶正器及万向抽油杆扶正器等防偏磨工具 ,有效地防止了油管的偏磨现象。现场应用情况表明 ,该项技术的应用为用户带来了显著的经济效益。
The problems and solutions in the production of inclined shaft sucker rod pump oil production system are introduced. The mechanical model and mathematic model of optimal design of the system of bar tube are mainly described when using rod pump in inclined shaft. The coincidence rate of design and field practical application is more than 90%. Developed rotary wellhead, rotary tubing centralizer and universal sucker rod centralizer and other anti-eccentric wear tools, effectively prevent the tubing partial wear phenomenon. Field application shows that the application of the technology has brought significant economic benefits to users.
