患者女,35岁,孕39周,不规律宫缩,阴道少量流血14h入院。末次月经1990年4月15日,预产期1991年1月22日。停经后无明显妊娠反应,停经3个月阴道流血,似月经量,无腹痛。B超检查见胎儿双顶径2.8cm,胎心胎动良好,于子宫左峡部见4cm×3cm肿物。经保胎治疗,阴道流血停止。孕5个月自感胎动,随妊娠月份增加,肿物逐渐增大如成人头大。近期血压升高,双下肢水肿,于1991年1月14日晚8时始,
