根据多年的大型比赛可见,我国的举重运动员在举重项目上表现得越来越好,我国经过了多年对运动员的科学、合理、系统的训练,使得运动员们在训练中得到启发,并且在基础发展、创造和保持等训练阶段都得到一定程度上的提高。可是在举重训练过程中,举重运动员在上挺动作方面还应该有几点注意事项,例如运动员预蹲节奏不稳定、支撑和腿不协调以及在动作完成后重心不稳等等,这会在一定程度上影响运动员们的发挥,要想让举重运动员很好的完成动作,克服这些问题是十分有必要的。本文就举重运动训练上挺动作的教学进行探讨,并探究举重运动训练的一些教学方法,希望可以对我国的举重运动事业有所帮助。
According to many years of large-scale competitions, our country’s weightlifters are getting better and better in weightlifting projects. After years of scientific, reasonable and systematic training of athletes in our country, our countrymen have been inspired by the training and have made great achievements in basic development , To create and maintain such training phase have been some degree of improvement. However, during the weight training, weightlifters should pay attention to some aspects such as instability squatting, lack of support and leg coordination, unstable center of gravity after the action is completed, etc., To a certain extent, it influences the exertion of athletes. It is very necessary to overcome the above problems if the weightlifter should finish the action well. In this paper, we discuss the teaching of upper body-lifting exercises and some teaching methods of weight-lifting exercises, hoping to help our weight-lifting sport.
