我院1988～1990年共收治婴幼儿轮状病毒性胃肠炎54例,大部分发生在10～11月份。其中男36例,女18例。年龄为20天～5岁2个月,绝大多数为6个月至2岁人工喂养幼儿。1.临床表现:38例发病初期有咳嗽、咽痛、流涕、肺部呼吸音粗糙等表现。发烧24例。多数患儿有呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、口渴及哭闹。其中黄水样便者27例、蛋花样便者18例、早期便样或白或黄不定者9例,无脓血及腥臭味。本组病例半数以上有轻、中度脱水。2.实验室检查:周围血白细胞<5×10~9/L者
In our hospital from 1988 to 1990, a total of 54 cases of infantile rotavirus gastroenteritis were admitted, most of which occurred between October and November. There were 36 males and 18 females.
