本文提出了装配整体式钢筋混凝土双向板的一种新的干接头构造方案:把预制底板要相接的受拉钢筋预先焊在小钢板上,拼装时再把拼缝处相邻的小钢板焊接起来。施工和加载试验表明,这种装配整体式双向板施工简单,在使用荷载作用下的结构性能接近于现浇板,接缝处连接可靠,适合在实际工程中推广使用。
In this paper, a new type of dry joint construction scheme of integral two-way reinforced concrete bracing plate is proposed. The prestressed bottom plate is pre-welded to the small steel plate, and then the adjacent small steel plate is welded stand up. Construction and loading tests show that the assembly of the integral two-way plate is simple in construction, and the structure performance under load is close to that of the cast-in-situ plate. The joints are reliable and are suitable for general use in practical projects.
