目的:对苦郎藤进行显微鉴别。方法:采用组织横切面,粉末显微鉴别等方法。结果:苦郎藤的根、茎的组织结构含有许多的分泌腔,叶的中柱有6个维管束散在等。结论:上述特征可认为苦郎藤的进一步研究和开发提供鉴别依据。
Purpose: Microscopic identification of Tengkulang. Methods: Tissue cross-section, powder microscopic identification and other methods. Results: The tissue structure of roots and stems of T. frondosa contains many secretory cavities, and there are six vascular bundles scattered in the middle column of the leaves. Conclusion: The above characteristics can be considered as the basis for the further research and development of the Tenglang rattan.
