行动导向教学法在高职物流管理专业核心课程中被普遍采用,但行动导向教学法在实践中还存在诸多问题。本文针对行动导向教学法中存在的教师和学生的参与度问题,以《国际货运代理实务课程》为例,探讨如何通过激励手段提高教师和学生的参与度。
Action-oriented pedagogy is widely adopted in the core courses of higher vocational logistics management major, but there are still many problems in the practice of pedagogic oriented teaching. This article aims at the participation of teachers and students in action-oriented pedagogy. Taking the “International Freight Forwarders Practice Course” as an example, this paper discusses how to improve the participation of teachers and students by means of motivation.
