随着城市的发展和更新,曾经在城市中占据重要地位的老工业厂房由于工厂的外迁和产业结构的调整逐渐成为城市中的废弃建筑,一些老厂房被改造为文化创意园区并重获新生。本文对福州厂房改造类文创园进行调研后发现这些文创园人气不足,空间缺乏活力,通过对这些文创园的空间业态、空间形式和建筑改造手法进行具体分析研究,总结出导致空间活力缺失的原因和重塑空间活力的设计策略。
With the development and renewal of the city, the old industrial plants, which once occupied an important position in the city, have gradually become abandoned buildings in the cities due to the relocation of factories and the adjustment of industrial structure. Some old factories have been transformed into cultural and creative parks and regained their lives . After researching on the Wenchuangyuan workshop in Fuzhou, this paper finds that these Wenchuangyuan are not popular enough and the space is lack of vitality. Through the concrete analysis and research on the spatial format, space form and building transformation techniques of these Wenchuangyuan Park, The reason of the absence and the design strategy of reshaping the vitality of the space.
