全省消防部队执勤岗位练兵活动，取得了一定的成绩，也存在认识不到位、效果不理想等问题。改进的措施在于加强机关及各级指挥员训练；进一步熟悉责任区、重点单位及手中装备；调整训练内容；改革考核方式等。
The province’s fire brigade duty station training activities, has made some achievements, there are not recognized, the effect is not ideal and so on. Measures for improvement are to strengthen the training of organs and commanders at all levels; to be more familiar with the areas of responsibility, key units and equipment in hand; adjust the contents of training; and reform the assessment methods.
