对小脑后下动脉瘤1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,21岁。劳作时突然感头痛、头晕,呕吐1次入院。急查头颅CT,见双侧脑室少量积血。检查:BP 150/80 mm Hg,神志清楚,颈部抵抗,余无阳性体征。给予止血、脱水降颅压、营养脑细胞治疗,病情稳定,症状缓解,10 d后复查头颅CT脑室内出血消失,轻度脑积水。治疗13 d后夜间再次突发头痛、呕吐,
