据向阳生涯职业咨询机构针对一批样本数为280人、大专以上学历的职业人的调查,工作3年～5年的人群中,有明确职业定位的比例只占8％,比较清楚的占21％,69％不清楚自身的职业定位。也就是说在工作三五年的人群中,有七成人不确定自己该干什么,在浑浑噩噩地工作、不明不白地干活。人生最大的成功是职业的成功。为什么常常有人入错行呢?人力资源专家分析认为,原因主要有两个:一是对自己不了解,二是对职业不了解。对在校生而言,只有对自己有了正确认识,尽早为自己制定合理的职业生涯规划,才能赢在起跑线上,获得职业生涯的成功。如今,一些学校已专门开设了职业生涯规划课程,但仍有不少在校生对职业生涯规划一无所知。认识自己,认识职业,制定规划,踏出制胜第一步,这是每个在校生进入职场前都应当认真思考的重要问题。
