目的探讨去白细胞悬浮红细胞的容量标准并选择适当的质量控制策略进行有效质量控制。方法根据全血容量、血浆容量、白细胞过滤损失量等数据推算出去白细胞悬浮红细胞的理论容量标准,利用称量法获得去白细胞悬浮红细胞的实际容量参考范围。通过血浆容量范围针对性抽检,提高质量控制效率。结果 1U/2U去白细胞悬浮红细胞的容量标准为141~193mL/280~364mL。通过血浆的容量范围控制,可以在大约5%的样本中抽检出全部异常样本的66.7%(12/18)和71.4%(15/21)。结论初步建立去白细胞悬浮红细胞的容量参考标准。通过血浆容量的参考范围,可以提高容量异常样本检出率,对去白细胞悬浮红细胞容量的质量控制更加高效。
Objective To investigate the capacity of leukocyte-depleted erythrocytes and to select appropriate quality control strategies for effective quality control. Methods Based on the data of whole blood volume, plasma volume and leucocyte filtration loss, the theoretical capacity standard of leukocyte suspension erythrocytes was deduced, and the actual volume reference range of leucocyte suspension erythrocytes was obtained by weighing method. Targeted sampling through the plasma volume range, improve quality control efficiency. Results The volume standard of 1U / 2U leukocyte suspension erythrocytes was 141 ~ 193mL / 280 ~ 364mL. Through the plasma volume range control, 66.7% (12/18) and 71.4% (15/21) of all abnormal samples were detected in approximately 5% of the samples. Conclusion Preliminary establishment of leukemic cell leukemia reference standard capacity. Through the reference range of plasma volume, the detection rate of abnormal capacity samples can be increased, and the quality control of leukocyte suspension erythrocyte capacity is more efficient.
