所谓被领导者意识,是指领导者在领导过程中自觉地把被领导者的心理需要、个性特征、德才表现、接受水平和承受能力等纳入自己思维活动之中的心理形态。纵观历史,凡成就领导大业者无不懂得“水能载舟,亦能覆舟”的道理。随着时代发展,人类进步,人们现代的民主意识逐渐增强,作为现代领导者,要想提高领导水平,顺利实现领导目标,就应该对被领导者致以敬意和尊重,树立被领导者意识。
