环孢菌素A(CsA)用于治疗自身免疫病,其副作用主要是对肝、肾的毒性和牙龈增生,牙龈活检可见真皮胶原纤维增生、嗜碱基质呈泡沫状、炎症区上皮增生和不全角化、棘皮症及水肿等。本文报告CsA治疗对牙龈组织胶原及牙龈组织的长期影响。 12名用CsA治疗并发生牙龈增生的白塞氏病患者,治疗前及用CsA治疗2年中每3个月从下颌切牙相应增生的游离龈作标准活检(6×4mm),每块活检组织分两半,一半经常规固定、包埋、切片、苏木素-伊红染色、结缔组织三色染色和高碘酸-雪夫氏染色。另一半用PBS冲洗,置5ml DMEM中,加一定量青霉素、链霉素和维生素C,经孵化,在3天和6天收集培养基并冰冻,组织碎片吸干、称重,相应培养基用蒸馏水透
Cyclosporin A (CsA) is used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Its side effects are mainly liver and kidney toxicity and gingival hyperplasia. Gingival biopsy shows dermal collagen fibrosis, basophilic foamy substance, inflammatory area epithelial hyperplasia and Incomplete keratosis, acanthosis and edema. This article reports the long-term effects of CsA on collagen and gingival tissue in gingival tissues. Twelve patients with Behcet's disease treated with CsA and having gingival hyperplasia were given biopsies (6 × 4 mm) from the corresponding free gingivae of mandibular incisors every 3 months before and 2 years after CsA treatment.
