针对太子河枯水期河道水质较差的问题,以观音阁至葠窝水库区间控制断面水质改善为目标,研究了保障下游最小生态环境需水的水库群联合调度,并采用计算机模拟了两座水库的联合运行,提出改进水库现行调度方式、调节河道年内径流分配过程,制定了考虑生态环境改善的水库群联合调度方案。模拟结果表明,该方案改善河道枯水期水质明显,水环境质量得到较大提高。
Aiming at the poorer water quality of Taizi River during the dry season, aiming at the improvement of the water quality of the control section of Guanyinge to Shenwo reservoir, the joint dispatch of reservoirs for ensuring the minimum eco-environmental water requirement in the lower reaches was studied.
