目的 观察血管内激光照射血液疗法(Вслок)用于胃癌术后综合治疗时,对造血及免疫指标的影响。 资料与方法 共研究35例胃癌患者,分为2组:①第1组17例,采用外科手术及化疗;②第2组18例,术后5～6d开始在综合治疗中加用静脉内激光疗法,使用АЛОК-1型激光机(波长633um),输出功率1.5mW,每日1次,每次30 min,连续10d。全部患者均于术后4～5d(激光照射前)、2周后(激光疗程结束时)及出院后1个月检测血液及免疫学指标。以32名健康人作为对照组。全部数据经t检验作统计学处理。
Objective To observe the effect of intravascular laser irradiation blood therapy (Вслок) on the hematopoietic and immune parameters in postoperative comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer. Materials and Methods A total of 35 patients with gastric cancer were studied and divided into 2 groups: 1 17 patients in the first group were treated with surgery and chemotherapy; 2 patients in the second group were treated with chemotherapy; 5 to 6 days after surgery, intravenous laser was added to the comprehensive treatment Therapy, using АЛОК-1 type laser (wavelength 633um), output power 1.5mW, once a day, every 30min for 10 days.
