以宜昌市为研究对象,通过行业统计和市场调查,主要对“十三五”规划期间宜昌市建筑装饰行业企业发展和产业结构进行研究。结果表明:“一主两副”省域副中心城市地位、现代化特大城市规划、长江经济带重要城市和自由贸易区的确立给宜昌创造了良好的区域环境,给宜昌建筑装饰行业发展带来巨大机遇,但现有建筑装饰企业产业结构的不合理制约了企业的发展和提高,需要进行结构调整才能适应新环境下装饰装修行业的快速发展。
With Yichang City as the research object, through the industry statistics and market research, the author mainly studies the enterprise development and industrial structure of Yichang building decoration industry during the “13th Five-year Plan” period. The results show that the establishment of Yichang as a sub-central city of one province, two major sub-central cities, the establishment of mega-cities, the establishment of major cities in the Yangtze River economic belt and the free trade zone have created a good regional environment for Yichang Building Decoration Industry Development Zone However, the unreasonable industrial structure of the existing building decoration enterprises restricts the development and improvement of enterprises and requires structural adjustment to adapt to the rapid development of the decoration and decoration industry in the new environment.
