为进一步了解林州市人群贲门癌和食管癌的发病构成状况及其特征，分析１９８７～１９９５年９ａ间林州市（原林县）人民医院食管和贲门癌收治记录。结果显示：９ａ间，该市医院每年平均行食管和贲门癌手术４３７例，其中，来自林县当地居民１９８例，占４５％。食管癌１１８例，占６０％；贲门癌８０例，占４０％。提示：这一地区贲门癌占有较高的比例。
To further understand the status and characteristics of the incidence of cardiac cancer and esophageal cancer in Linzhou City, we analyzed the records of esophageal and cardiac cancer treatment in the People’s Hospital of Linzhou City (Yuanlin County) from the period of 1987 to 1995. The results showed that: During 9a, hospitals in the city performed 437 esophageal and cardiac cancer surgeries per year, of which 198 were from Linxian County, accounting for 45%. 118 cases of esophageal cancer, accounting for 60%; cardiac cancer 80 cases, accounting for 40%. Tip: There is a high percentage of cardiac cancers in this region.
