应用加速度仪四个成串刺激观察小儿维库溴铵(VCR)预注法(PP)的肌松效应。40例(ASA1~Ⅱ)患者随机分成4组。小儿两组:Ⅰ组VCRPP剂量40%ED950.02mg·kg(-1),插管(IT)剂量0.1mg·kg(-1);Ⅱ组VCR用非预注法(NO-PP)、IT剂量0.12mg·kg(-1)。成人两组(对照):Ⅲ组同Ⅰ组;醇Ⅳ组同Ⅱ组。结果:第Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(PP)肌松起效时间、高峰时间比第Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(NO-PP)明显缩短(P<0.05~0.01);小儿的无反应时间、高峰持续时间、25%恢复期时间比成人组短。本研究为小儿选用非去极化类肌松药来加快气管插管提供了依据。
Four series of accelerators were used to observe the muscle relaxant effects of pediatric vecuronium preconditioning (PP). Forty patients (ASA1 ~ Ⅱ) were randomly divided into four groups. In both groups, the VCRPP dose was 40% ED950.02 mg · kg -1 and the IT dose was 0.1 mg · kg -1 in group Ⅰ. The VCR in group Ⅱ was treated with NO-PP, IT dose 0.12mg · kg (-1). Adult two groups (control): Ⅲ group with Ⅰ group; alcohol Ⅳ group with Ⅱ group. Results: The onset time and the peak time of muscle relaxant in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ were significantly shorter than those in group Ⅱ and Ⅳ (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The reaction time and peak Duration, 25% recovery time shorter than adults. This study provides a basis for pediatric non-depolarizing muscle relaxants to speed up tracheal intubation.
