前言北京市五金机电厂于一九七三年七月试制了一台数控线切割机床,数控系统是复旦大学研制出的一种系统,电源是晶体管电源,用3DA27作功率输出极。机床调试到正常运行后,开始采用的是一般机加工用的乳化液作为工作液,对薄料(10mm)尚能正常切割,生产率在30mm~2/分左右,光洁度在▽5上~▽6下,但钼丝(φ0.14mm)的寿命较短,一般只用2~3天。当切40mm以上的厚料时,一开始加工就发生断丝,但厂里需要切割的模具,大量的是在50mm以上,这样就无法投入生产,针对切厚料断丝的问题,我们曾分析了各种各样的原因,
