农村体育资源的配置方式是伴随者社会发展的不同时期,主要依据社会经济发展结构而采取不同的“分配方案”。计划经济和市场经济都是国家经济制度层面上的经济分配制度,是国家经济发展的重要手段或途径,适宜的体育资源配置方式才是正确的发展方式。文章认为,在当前国家“创新”发展战略的背景下,农村体育资源、优化配置方式、体育发展模式,以及形成体育资源配置优化的市场已成为农村体育发展的重要内容。
The allocation of rural sports resources is accompanied by social development in different periods, mainly based on the structure of social and economic development to take a different “distribution plan.” Both planned economy and market economy are the economic distribution system at the level of national economic system and an important means or means of national economic development. Appropriate allocation of sports resources is the correct way of development. The article holds that in the current national “innovation” development strategy, the rural sports resources, optimal allocation, sports development model, as well as the formation of sports resources allocation and optimization of the market has become an important part of the development of rural sports.
