本文介绍一种基于微机控制、结合多媒体技术的新型水电厂电视监控系统。该系统是以工控机为核心，多媒体技术、通信技术和控制理论有机结合的分层星型控制系统。
This paper introduces a new type of TV monitoring system based on microcomputer control and multimedia technology. The system is based on industrial computer as the core, multi-media technology, communication technology and control theory of the hierarchical combination of star control system.
