随着我国社会主义事业的不断建设与发展,少数民族图书馆的建设逐渐成为服务各族人民的重要文化场所,但由于我国少数民族经济以及教育水平的制约,因而造成当地图书馆馆员学术水平的落后。本文主要对现阶段各少数民族地区图书馆员的学术水平现状进行分析,从而提出提高图书馆员学术水平的建议,不断推动我国少数民族地区图书馆事业的有序发展。
With the continuous construction and development of the cause of socialism in our country, the construction of the minority nationality libraries has gradually become an important cultural place for serving the people of all ethnic groups. However, due to the economic and educational level constraints of the ethnic minorities in our country, the academic level of the local library librarians Backwardness. This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the academic level of librarians in ethnic minority areas at the present stage, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the academic level of librarians so as to promote the orderly development of the library in ethnic minority areas of our country.
