在CO2焊和Ar+CO2混合气体保护焊条件下,通过“铁研试验”、拉伸、冲击和金相试验等,对15MnMoVNRe高强钢焊接接头区域的化学性能、显微组织及断口形态进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用“低强匹配”焊材(GHS—50焊丝)和严格控制焊接线能量(q/v)在20kJ/cm以下,可在不预热条件下焊接淬硬倾向较大的15MnMoVNRe钢,并可保证焊接接头性能满足使用要求。该焊接工艺可大大提高焊接生产率、降低成本,具有重大的社会经济效益。
The chemical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of 15MnMoVNRe high-strength steel welded joints were studied by means of “iron penetration test”, tensile test, impact test and metallographic test under the conditions of CO2 welding and Ar + CO2 mixed gas welding. The results show that 15MnMoVNRe with high hardenability can be welded under the condition of not preheating by using “low-strength matching” welding consumables (GHS-50 welding wire) and strictly controlling welding wire energy (q / v) under 20kJ / Steel, and can guarantee the performance of welded joints to meet the requirements. The welding process can greatly improve the welding productivity, reduce costs, with significant social and economic benefits.
