南都携手万科,无疑是今年杭州乃至全国房地产界最为引人注目的事件之一。这场国内大型房地产企业间的合作,不仅引起媒体和业内人士的广泛关注和猜测,也让一直关心南都的新老业主表现出极大的兴趣。那么,此次重要合作是在什么背景下发生的?对未来的房地产市场将产生什么样的影响?本次访谈,我们请来了浙江工业大学经贸学院副院长虞晓芬教授、浙江大学房地产研究中心主任贾生华教授和南都房产副总韩芳女士,从开发商及专业人士的角度就这些问题进行各自的阐释。
