目的研究披针新月蕨Abacopteris penangiana根茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、反相硅胶、SephadexLH-20等柱色谱法对披针新月蕨根茎中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT、HSQC、HMBC、EI-MS、IR)鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物:(7′Z)-3-O-(3,4-dihydroxy phenylethenyl)-caffeic acid(1)、caffeicin B(2)、紫花杜鹃甲素(matteucinol,3)、原儿茶酸(protocate-chuin acid,4)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(p-methoxybenzoic acid,5)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为新月蕨酸(abacopteric acid),化合物2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of rhizomes of Abacopteris penangiana. Methods The chemical constituents in the rhizomes of the fern (Crista cristata) were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, reverse phase silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by 1H-NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC and HMBC , EI-MS, IR) to identify the structure of the compound. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified: (7’Z) -3-O- (3,4-dihydroxy phenylethenyl) -caffeic acid (1), caffeicin B (2), matteucinol (3) Protocate-chuin acid (4), p-methoxybenzoic acid (5), beta-sitosterol (6) and beta-daucosterol (7). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named as abacopteric acid. Compounds 2 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
