有的同志对“紅”与“專”有一种誤解,认为“红”是党員,自己已入党,無需再“紅”;“专”是专业化,自己已安心本行,不需再“專”。最近我們几个档案、文書人員座談档案、文書工作人員如何“紅”与“專”的問题,張同志说:“我現在已经是‘经’与‘专’了。我怀疑地问他:“是开玩笑吧?”他好像有理由似地解釋說:“‘紅’是政治,‘專’是專心。我现在是党員,安心档案事業,这不是又‘紅’又‘專’了吗?”赵同志無精打采地说:“‘專’是给技术人員提出的口号,搞文書工作,整天收进来發出去,是人能作,还‘專’什么,只要政治可靠,作到‘经’就行了,”这两个同志的說法,代表了一部分同志对党提出的又“经”又“專”口号的看法,是值得引起
