目的了解住院患者呼吸道感染泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的特点,提出干预措施。方法通过病原学标本检验方法,对某医院患者呼吸道标本和环境标本进行检测与分析。结果该医院在2013年1季度连续从15例肺部感染患者痰标本中检出泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌15株,其中14株是在患者入院48 h后被检出。感染患者合并多部位和多种病原菌的混合感染、使用呼吸机或气管切开、联合应用三种或三种以上抗菌药物的占多数。从病房消毒备用的呼吸机管道检测到鲍曼不动杆菌,患者床单和医护人员手上细菌总数超标。结论该医院连续发生泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染,病房复用医疗器械消毒不彻底可能是引发感染的主要因素。
Objective To understand the characteristics of pan-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii inpatients with respiratory tract infections and to propose interventions. Methods The etiological specimens test method was used to detect and analyze the respiratory specimens and environmental samples of a hospital patient. Results In the first quarter of 2013, the hospital detected 15 cases of Acinetobacter baumannii in sputum from 15 patients with pulmonary infection. Among them, 14 were detected 48 hours after admission. Infected patients with multiple sites and a variety of mixed infection of pathogens, the use of ventilator or tracheostomy, the joint application of three or more than three kinds of antimicrobial drugs accounted for the majority. Acinetobacter baumannii was detected from an alternate ventilator pipeline disinfected in the ward and the total number of bacteria in the patient’s bed sheets and paramedics was excessive. CONCLUSIONS: The pan-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection in this hospital is continuous, and the incomplete disinfection of medical equipment in the ward may be the main factor causing the infection.
