为解决我国因受国际金融危机和世界经济下滑影响而造成的经济运行困难,全国上下正在实施扩大内需战略。扩大内需有多种多样的途径,主要的是眼前靠投资长远靠消费、重点在增加居民收入改善民生、关键是以积极的财政政策扶持中小企业发展,激发中小企业活力。
In order to solve the economic difficulties caused by our country due to the international financial crisis and the global economic downturn, the strategy of expanding domestic demand is being implemented across the country.
