目的研究近视人群眼角膜非球面特性(Q值)与高阶像差的相关性。方法随机收集近视屈光手术患者300例(600眼),使用0 rbscan IIz眼前节分析系统K&Q计算软件获得600眼角膜6mm分析区域的Q值,Zywave波前像差仪测量瞳孔直径6mm眼内总体像差、高阶像差和球差的均方根值(RMS)值,并针对Q值的分布特征及像差进行相关分析。结果 300例600眼角膜Q值分布范围-0.51~0.37,平均-0.17±0.11,6mm瞳孔直径的总像差均方根值平均为(9.25±2.63)μm,高阶像差均方根值平均为(0.43±0.16)μm,球差均方根值平均为(0.06±0.05)μm。Q值与球差均方根值呈正相关,但与总像差均方根值和高阶像差均方根值均不相关。结论近视眼人群角膜Q值呈近似正态分布,角膜Q值与球差存在相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between the corneal asphericity (Q) and higher order aberrations in myopia. Methods 300 patients (600 eyes) with myopic refractive surgery were randomly collected. The Q value of 600 eyes of 600 corneal samples was obtained using 0 rbscan IIz anterior segment analysis system K & Q software. The Zywave wavefront aberrometer was used to measure the total intraocular diameter (RMS) values of aberrations, higher-order aberrations and spherical aberrations. Correlation analysis was conducted on the distribution characteristics and the aberrations of Q values. Results The distribution of Q value of 300 corneas in 600 eyes was -0.51 ~ 0.37, average -0.17 ± 0.11. The average RMS value of 6mm pupil diameter was (9.25 ± 2.63) μm. The RMS of higher order aberrations (0.43 ± 0.16) μm, mean spherical mean difference was (0.06 ± 0.05) μm. The Q value is positively correlated with the spherical root mean square value but not with the root mean square value of the total aberration and the root mean square of the high order aberrations. Conclusion Myopia Q value of cornea of myopia is approximately normal distribution, corneal Q value and spherical aberration are related.
