新形式下高等职业艺术设计教学的特点是以提高学生技能为高职教育的核心。本文通过对校企合作在“工作室制教学”模式下,尤其是在学生应对社会意识和实践能力薄弱、创新创业精神不足等普遍问题时,如何培养学生应对能力进行探讨。针对校企合作建设共育平台提出了自己的看法和建议,为构建校企合作尤其是高职院校培养模式提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The new form of higher vocational art design teaching is characterized by improving student skills as the core of higher vocational education. This article explores how to cultivate students’ coping ability through the cooperation between school and enterprise in the teaching mode of “studio system”, especially when the students deal with the general problems such as the weak social consciousness and practice ability and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship. It puts forward my own opinions and suggestions for the construction of a cooperative education platform between school and enterprise, and provides some reference and reference for the construction of school-enterprise cooperation, especially for higher vocational colleges.
