使用后评价(POE)是使用者对建成环境的满意程度的实证性调查.笔者运用POE方法对天津市张家窝居住社区公共空间进行实地调查;利用参与性观察法、访谈法、问卷法进行数据收集;将问卷结果进行Excel统计分析和SD曲线分析;归纳使用者的基本情况、行为特点和交往方式;总结公共空间存在的问题;并针对新城镇公共空间地域特色的缺失、应对季节变化的被动等问题提出相应的改进建议.
