对压力容器制造进行检测是确保压力管道安全、稳定运行而使用的一项特别重要的技术措施。自动化超声成像检测是目前国际及国内使用最为广泛、被使用次数最多,而且在同类型技术上发展最快的一种不破坏被检测对象的技术,自动化超声成像检测设备具有检测灵敏度高、检测深度较大、缺陷定位精准、穿透力强、方便使用、速度快、性价比高及对人及设备无害等众多优点,因此自动化超声成像检测设备在压力容器制造检测中的应用非常广泛。本文从自动化超声成像检测设备的基本概述出发,对自动化超声成像检测设备如何在压力容器制造中进行设备检测进行了具体的阐述,文章的最后对自动化超声成像检测设备在压力容器制造检测的未来的发展趋势提出了笔者自己的看法。
