At present, the phenomenon of the loss of PE teachers is very serious. If we do not pay any attention to it, we should take appropriate measures to prevent the students from paying a heavy price. In seeking measures to stabilize PE teachers, I think the headmaster’s understanding of PE teachers’ occupational characteristics is crucial. This is because the headmaster is the executor of the implementation of the policy and the decision-maker who formulates various provisions of the school. If the headmaster can correctly and fairly treat the work of physical education teachers, it will have a profound impact on improving the status of sports in school education. This article attempts to analyze physical education teachers from the perspective of sports economics
