本文研究的是用流动注射(FIA)吸光光度法测定镍钴锰电镀液中钴的方法。由于该电镀液中镍的浓度很高,而钴的浓度相对而言较低,但也有0.1mg·ml~(-1)以上。我们利用三价钴氨络合物具有惰性的特点,在NH_3·H_2O、H_2O_2存在下,镍钴锰分别形成Ni(NH_5)_6~(2+)、Co(NH_5)_6~(3+)和MnO_2在流动注射仪上使上层清液Ni(NH_5)_6~(2+)、Co(NH_5)_6~(3+)与H_2SO_4混合,Ni(NH_5)_6~(2+)分解,而Co(NH_5)_6~(2+)不分解,在500nm处测定Co(NH_5)_6~(3+)的吸光度,这时Ni~(2+)不干扰测定。用于实际样品及合成样品的分析结果满意。
In this paper, a flow injection (FIA) spectrophotometric method for the determination of cobalt in nickel, cobalt and manganese electroplating baths is studied. Since the concentration of nickel in the plating solution is high and the concentration of cobalt is relatively low, it is also 0.1 mg · ml -1 or more. In the presence of NH_3 · H_2O and H_2O_2, Ni, Co and Mn formed Ni (NH_5) _6 ~ (2 +), Co (NH_5) _6 ~ (3+) and MnO_2 mixed Ni (NH_5) _6 ~ (2 +), Co (NH_5) _6 ~ (3+) with H_2SO_4 and Ni (NH_5) _6 ~ (2+) in the supernatant by flow injection, NH_5) _6 ~ (2+) did not decompose, and the absorbance of Co (NH_5) _6 ~ (3 +) was measured at 500nm, when Ni ~ (2+) did not interfere with the determination. The results of the analysis for actual and synthetic samples are satisfactory.
