目的:对草珊瑚的化学成分进行分离与鉴定,为研究其活性成分提供参考。方法:利用聚酰胺、正相硅胶、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC进行化合物的分离与纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从草珊瑚70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:异东莨菪素(1),syringaresinol monoside(2),styraxjaponoside B(3),5-O-caf-feoylshikimic acid(4),shizukanolide E(5),异落新妇苷(6),新异落新妇苷(7),落新妇苷(8),新落新妇苷(9)。结论:化合物1~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the chemical components of the coral, and provide a reference for the study of its active ingredients. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by polyamide, normal phase silica gel, Sephadex dextrose LH-20 and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from 70% ethanolic extracts of Sarcandra glabra. The compounds were identified as follows: syringaresinol monoside (2), styraxjaponoside B (3), 5-O-caf-feoylshikimic acid 4), shizukanolide E (5), isofostilcosin (6), neosynoside (7), neostigmine (8), neogenin (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
