当今社会是一个知识密集的信息时代,是一个充满挑战和竞争的时代,更是一个各种文化融合发展的时代。新时期的到来对人才素质提出更高的要求,也对中学的体育工作者提出了更高的要求。本文主要是对新时期新型中学体育教师的职业特点、职业标准和培养途径三个方面进行研究,阐述了一个新型中学体育教师所具备的素质以及如何培养一名新型中学体育教师。
Today's society is an era of knowledge-intensive information, an era full of challenges and competition, and an era in which all kinds of cultures converge and develop. The advent of the new era puts forward higher requirements on the quality of talented people and puts forward higher requirements on the sports workers in middle schools. This article mainly studies the vocational characteristics, professional standards and training ways of the new-style middle school PE teachers in the new era, expounds the qualities of a new type of PE teachers and how to cultivate a new type of PE teachers in the middle school.
