本文观察大量放腹水加静滴白蛋白及生理盐水治疗１７例肝炎肝硬化的疗效。结果：１６例腹水消退，１例明显减少，１２例外周水肿均消退，治疗后第５日２４小时尿量较治前显著增加（９７２±１４３ｍｌ比５２３±１０２ｍｌ，Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗前后血压、心率、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、肝肾功能、血电解质均无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后发生并发症３例（１７．６％）。Ｂ超随访１月未见腹水再形成。
This article observed a large number of ascites plus intravenous albumin and saline treatment of 17 cases of liver cirrhosis. Results: 16 cases of ascites subsided, 1 case was significantly reduced, 12 cases of peripheral edema subsided, 24 hours after treatment on the 5th day urine output was significantly increased (972 ± 143ml vs 523 ± 102ml, P <0.05). Before and after treatment, blood pressure, heart rate, hemoglobin, hematocrit, liver and kidney function, blood electrolyte did not change significantly (P> 0.05). Complications occurred after treatment in 3 cases (17.6%). B-follow-up in January did not see the formation of ascites.
