Kitagawa曾报道从怀庆地黄(R.glutinosa Lib-osch.F.hueichingensis Hsiao)的根茎分离出环烯醚萜的葡萄糖甙、梓醇和蔗糖。Tomoda曾报道从怀庆地黄和笕桥地黄根分离出糖类、氨基酸和磷酸。本文报道从怀庆地黄新鲜的叶和根分离出黄酮类、环烯醚萜葡萄糖甙、糖类、氨基酸和无机离子。经化学和光谱(IR,UV,H′-NMR,MS)分析及混合熔点测定,并与标准品进行对照比较证明它们是:木犀草素(luteolin),mp 330-331℃,分子式:C_(15)H_(10)O_6;金圣草黄素(chrysoeriol),mp 329-330℃,C_(16)H_(12)O_6;梓醇(catalPol),mp 202-204℃,C_(15)H_(22)O_(10);果糖,葡萄糖,半乳糖,蔗糖,棉子糖;天冬酰胺,苏氨酸,
Kitagawa has reported the isolation of iglooses, sterols and sucrose from iridoids from the rhizome of R. glutinosa Lib-osch. F. hueichingensis Hsiao. Tomoda has reported the isolation of sugars, amino acids, and phosphoric acid from Radix Rehmannia and Radix Rehmanniae. This paper reports the separation of flavonoids, iridoids, glucosinolates, sugars, amino acids and inorganic ions from the fresh leaves and roots of Radix Rehmannia.
