非对称性肥厚型心肌病(左室流出道有梗阻的称IHSS)由于其症状及体征缺少特殊性,在超声心动图问世以前,对它的认积和重视不够,临床上往往被误诊为其它的心脏病。我院自开展M型超声心动图以来,尤其是应用Mark-600型二维超声心动图两年内(1985—1986)所收治的心肌病人中,有8例是以往误诊的病例,其中误诊为风湿
Asymmetric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (left ventricular outflow tract obstruction known as IHSS) because of its lack of specificity of symptoms and signs before the advent of echocardiography, its recognition and attention is not enough clinically often misdiagnosed as other Heart disease. My hospital since the M-mode echocardiography since, especially the use of Mark-600 two-dimensional echocardiography within two years (1985-1986) admitted to the myocardial patients, 8 cases were misdiagnosed cases, of which misdiagnosed as rheumatism
