目前,各地中小学教师培训工作正在如火如荼地开展,但普遍存在实效性差的问题。该文分析了中小学教师培训实效性差的原因,并对解决此问题提出了有针对性的见解。
At present, the training of primary and secondary school teachers is in full swing. However, the problem of poor effectiveness is widespread. This article analyzes the reasons for the poor effectiveness of primary and secondary school teacher training, and proposes targeted insights to solve this problem.
