目的介绍腔镜手术的清洗保养和灭菌。探讨手术器械对腔镜手术的重要性。方法总结吉林省肿瘤医院腔镜手术器械的清洗保养与消毒经验,介绍腔镜的清洗流程及注意事项,以及清洗流程对腔镜器械灭菌效果和器械使用寿命的影响,对比各种灭菌方法的成本、灭菌器械所用时间、器械使用周转周期等性价比。结果高质量的清洗保养与灭菌对保障手术提高器械的使用寿命至关重要。结论做好清洗、保养、灭菌工作是加速微创手术发展的重要环节。
Objective To introduce endoscopic surgery for cleaning, maintenance and sterilization. Explore the importance of surgical instruments for endoscopic surgery. Methods The experience of cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting endoscopic instruments in Jilin Tumor Hospital was summarized. The cleaning procedures and precautions of endoscopic instruments were introduced, and the effects of cleaning process on the sterilization of endoscopic instruments and the service life of instruments were compared. Cost, time spent sterilizing equipment, equipment, such as the use of turnaround cost-effective cycle. Results High-quality cleaning, care and sterilization are vital to ensuring the life of the device. Conclusion Doing a good job in cleaning, maintaining and sterilizing is an important part of accelerating the development of minimally invasive surgery.
