为了探讨PCBN 刀具的切削性能,制定出PCBN 刀具切削淬硬轴承钢的最佳切削规范,对不同切削速度、进给量及材料硬度下的切削温度的变化规律进行了试验,得出当加工硬度高于50 HRC时的材料时,选择0.25 m m以上的切削深度有利于降低切削温度,提高刀具寿命。附图4幅,表2个,参考文献3篇
In order to discuss the cutting performance of PCBN cutting tools, the best cutting rule of PCBN cutting hardened bearing steel was worked out. The variation of cutting temperature under different cutting speeds, feed rates and material hardness was tested. The results show that when machining hardness For materials above 50 HRC, selecting a depth of cut of 0.25 m m or more will reduce the cutting temperature and increase the tool life.
