目的:优选消食导滞凝胶的水提工艺条件。方法:以栀子苷为指标,HPLC测定含量,Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(10∶90),检测波长238 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,选取加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选消食导滞凝胶的提取工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加6倍量水提取2次,每次1h。结论:该优选工艺流程操作简单,生产成本低,适合于工业生产的需要。
Objective: To optimize the conditions of water extraction of digestion-inducing gel. Methods: The content of geniposide was determined by HPLC with Agilent XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-water (10:90), detection wavelength of 238 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1, multiple times of water extraction, extraction time and extraction times were selected as the investigation factors. The extraction process of digestion-induced stagnation gel was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results: The best water extraction process for 6 times the amount of water extracted 2 times, each time 1h. Conclusion: The preferred process is simple, low cost, suitable for industrial production needs.
