患者男,65岁,农民。因左前额部肿块逐渐长大7个多月就诊。查:左侧前额部可见8×8×6cm大小肿块。外侧达左眼外眦部,内眦越过中线3cm。包块突出约5cm。质软,不红,无压痛,有波动感。穿刺抽出棕色粘液样物。左跟球向前外下凸出,低于右眼水平线3cm左右,视力尚存,无复视。有时眼部发酸,好流泪。诊断:左额部巨大粘液囊肿。在利多卡因局麻下,行囊肿摘除术。沿鼻外侧,相当于眉弓处弧形切开,因强力较大,于第一切口处垂直切口,分离软组
