用X射线衍射等方法,研究了从碱性镀液电沉积的锌镍合金镀层的化学组成与相结构、晶粒尺寸、显微硬度的关系.结果表明,随着合金镀层中镍含量的提高,合金镀层由η-和γ-相共存转变为只有γ-相;镀层的织构相应地由六方结构的(100)择优面转变为立方结构的(330)择优面.η-和γ-相的晶粒尺寸随镀层镍含量的提高而降低;只有γ-相时,晶粒尺寸降低更为显著.镀层的显微硬度当镍含量为9.0wt.%时呈现一极小点.
The relationship between chemical composition, phase structure, grain size and microhardness of zinc-nickel alloy electrodeposited from alkaline solution was studied by X-ray diffraction. The results show that with the increase of nickel content in the alloy coating, the alloy coating changes from the coexistence of η- and γ-phase to the γ-phase only. The texture of the coating changes from the (100) preferential surface of the hexagonal structure to the cubic structure (330) preferred surface. The grain size of η- and γ-phase decreases with the increase of nickel content in the coatings. The grain size decreases more obviously only in the γ-phase. Micro-hardness of the coating When the nickel content of 9.0wt. % Showed a minimal point.
