系统研究了凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)法测试聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)吸附量的方法,考察了色谱分离条件和吸附平衡条件,并讨论了测试的误差和干扰问题。结果表明,采用Agilent PL aquagel-OH MIXED-M色谱柱,以KCl-硼酸盐缓冲液为流动相,在0.50~10.00 g/L浓度范围内PCE色谱峰面积具有良好的线性响应,测试的相对标准偏差不超过0.7%。以惰性矿物蒙脱土为吸附剂,PCE的吸附平衡时间<20 min,体系p H值的变化和溶出的各种金属离子均不干扰测试。且分子质量小的PCE在蒙脱土上优先吸附。
The method of measuring the adsorption capacity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was systematically studied. The conditions of chromatographic separation and adsorption equilibrium were investigated. The errors and interferences of the test were discussed. The results showed that the peak area of PCE in the range of 0.50 ~ 10.00 g / L had a good linear response with Agilent PL aquagel-OH MIXED-M column and KCl-borate buffer as the mobile phase. The relative Standard deviation does not exceed 0.7%. With inert mineral montmorillonite as adsorbent, the adsorption equilibrium time of PCE was less than 20 min. The change of pH value and the various metal ions dissolved did not interfere with the test. PCE with low molecular weight adsorbed preferentially on montmorillonite.
