从法国引进的某动力装置,采用了大量的钴基焊接构件。其中大多数经过冲压(拉伸)成形后再组合焊接。焊接方法包括TIG焊、电子束焊、点、滚焊、真空钎焊等。试制过程中常常在氩弧焊缝及近缝区出现纵、横裂纹。现以涡轮外环组件(图1)及内环组件(图2)为典型代表件,介绍采用脉冲氩弧焊补焊裂纹的工艺。
Some power plant introduced from France, using a large number of cobalt-based welding components. Most of them are stamped (stretched) and then assembled for welding. Welding methods include TIG welding, electron beam welding, point, seam welding, vacuum brazing and the like. During trial production, longitudinal and transverse cracks often appear in the welding seam and near seam area. Now to the turbine outer ring components (Figure 1) and the inner ring components (Figure 2) as a typical representative of the introduction of the use of pulse welding welding crack process.
