目的 观察老年急性脑血管病 (ACVD)并多器官功能衰竭 (MOF)患者的垂体分泌功能及其与 MOF的关系。方法对 97例老年 ACVD患者血清泌乳素 (PRL )、生长激素 (GH )、促黄体生成素 (L H)、促滤泡成熟激素 (FSH )、促甲状腺素(TSH)及血浆促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)水平进行了放免检测 ,并与 5 3例健康老人对照。结果 老年 ACVD患者 PRL、GH、ACTH、TSH、L H、FSH均显著高于对照组 ;老年 ACVD并发 MOF患者 PRL、GH与 FSH显著高于老年 ACVD无 MOF疾病各组 ;随老年 ACVD病程不同 ,6种激素水平也相应改变 ,1周时最高 ,2周后逐渐恢复 ;老年 ACVD并 MOF重型患者 PRL、GH显著高于轻型患者。结果 PRL、GH可能参与了老年 ACVD并 MOF的病理生理过程
Objective To investigate the relationship between pituitary secretion and MOF in elderly patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and multiple organ failure (MOF). Methods Serum prolactin (PRL), growth hormone (GH), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), thyrotropin (TSH) and plasma adrenocorticotrophic hormone ACTH) level radioimmunoassay, and with 53 healthy elderly controls. Results The levels of PRL, GH, ACTH, TSH, LH and FSH in elderly ACVD patients were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of PRL, GH and FSH in elderly patients with ACVD complicated with MOF were significantly higher than those in elderly patients without ACVD. The hormones also changed correspondingly, which was the highest at 1 week and recovered gradually after 2 weeks. The PRL and GH in elderly ACVD and MOF patients were significantly higher than those in light patients. Results PRL and GH may be involved in the pathophysiology of aged ACVD and MOF
