水利是水资源控制、开发、利用、保护和管理总称。水利建设生态综合效益主要体现在防洪、发电、灌溉、水运、水产、工业用水或城乡居民供水等方面。近两年来,国内众多专家,学者很重视水利经济问题的讨论,我国的水利水电建设正朝着以提高经济效益为中心的轨道转移。
Water conservancy is the general term for water resources control, development, utilization, protection and management. Comprehensive ecological benefits of water conservancy construction are mainly reflected in flood control, power generation, irrigation, water transport, aquatic products, industrial water or water supply for urban and rural residents. In the past two years, many domestic experts and scholars have attached great importance to the discussion of the issue of water conservancy economy. China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction is moving toward orbit with the goal of improving economic efficiency.
